A tool for keeping track of your cruises: where the ship goes, who you are traveling with, what things cost, and what other travelers have found. It is operated by Sea Manifest LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “We” below means that company.

It is not affiliated with any cruise line, and it is not a travel agent. We do not sell cruises, book excursions, or handle anybody's money.

All-aboard times, itineraries and port information here come from what people type in and from confirmation emails. They can be wrong, out of date, or missing.

Always check the ship's own daily schedule and announcements. If this app and the ship disagree, the ship is right. Missing a departure is your responsibility and not something this app can prevent.

Fare tracking, shared expenses and slot pull ledgers record what you tell them. They are a shared notebook, not an accounting system and not a payment service.

No money moves through Sea Manifest. Settling up is between the people involved, and any disagreement about who owes what is theirs to resolve.

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and display it in the app so it does what you asked: showing your post to your roll call, or a photo on a share link you created.

Please only upload photographs you took or have permission to share.

Do not upload anything unlawful, anything designed to harass, or photographs of children who are not in your care.

Roll calls, questions and tips are shared with other travelers. Be straightforward with them.

Blocking is yours alone. It is instant, it needs no reason, and nobody is told you did it.

Reporting is different, because it asks somebody else to look. You can report a post, a person, or a single message. A report reaches a human, and what that human is shown is limited on purpose: counts before words, a short window around the reported message if the counts are not enough, and the whole conversation only with a written reason that is recorded beside it. The privacy page sets out each step.

Reporting the same person again while a report is open adds to it rather than starting another, so a pattern stays one case rather than becoming twenty. Accounts that harass others are suspended, which stops them writing without deleting what anyone said.

If you appear in a photograph here and want it taken down, ask us you do not need an account.

You must be 18 or over to have an account. Children can be listed on a party manifest as a record, a first name, a birth year and a cabin, with no account, no profile and no visibility to anyone outside that party.

If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and it will be removed.

What we hold and what we do not is set out in the privacy page. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from account settings.

We do not sell your data, and there is no advertising in this app.

We may keep and use information that identifies nobody: itineraries, ports, and fare and price observations with no owner attached, to make the app work. That is not personal data and it is not sold as such.

This app is free because of what comes next, so it is stated here rather than left to be discovered. We publish and may sell aggregate statistics about cruises: what they cost, what they are quoted at while filling, and what they are like: how long ships stay in a port, which routes are busy when, when a ship's activities typically run. Every figure is a median or a count across at least ten different people, withheld if any one of them makes up most of the group, and contains nothing that identifies anybody.

The privacy page sets out exactly which of these we produce today and which we may produce later. Account settings has a switch that leaves you out of all of them.

We do not sell data about individual people. Not your name, email, photographs, messages, party, cabin number or your own recorded fare. The privacy page sets out the rule in full, and account settings has a switch to be left out of it entirely.

Features will change and some will be removed. The app may be unavailable without notice, and we cannot guarantee that data is preserved.

Sea Manifest is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, including that it will be available, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that harasses other travelers, uploads unlawful content, or is used to abuse the service.

Sea Manifest LLC is registered in Texas, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If you use Sea Manifest from somewhere else, your local consumer protections still apply to you. Nothing here removes a right you have where you live.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sea Manifest LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including missed departures, disputes about shared costs, or data that was not preserved.

Put directly: the ship's own information governs your travel, and the ledgers here are a record between you and the people you travel with, not something we adjudicate.
